What are the operating times?
- November – February 10am – 6pm
- March – May 10am – 7pm
- June – August 10am – 8pm
- Sept – October 10am – 7pm

Can I bring a pet?
No pets are allowed inside the gates.

Do you have wireless internet (Wi-Fi) at the water park?
Yes, there is complimentary wireless internet throughout the park.

Are outside floats allowed in the park?
Outside flotation devices are not permitted in the waterpark.

Will I have to wait in line very long for the rides?
The lines for attractions vary depending on how busy the park is, similar to other theme parks. However, we provide you with the option of upgrading your general admission ticket to premium admission, which will allow you to have access to a shorter queue line.

If I exit the water park can I get back in without paying again?
Yes, your wristband will be exchanged with a paper wristband which will allow you to exit and enter the waterpark on the same day only.

Are there cabanas available?
Cabanas are available to rent from AED750. You may book a cabana upon arrival at the waterpark.

What should I do if I lose someone from my group?
Locate one of our Security Officers within your vicinity or go directly to the Guest Services desk located in the souk.

Is there a difference in price for children vs. adults?
- General Admission – AED225
- Children under 1.1m – AED185
- Children 3 years and under are complimentary
