Guest Services

Our dedicated colleagues at Guest Services are there to provide you exceptional guest care and assistance for any needs or requests you might have. They can assist you with ticket purchases, annual pass purchases, locker (Small - AED 35 and Medium AED 55) and towel rentals (AED 30), adding and refunding store value, lost and found enquiries, and valet parking.

• Security Bag Check

  Upon entry to the park, your bags will be searched for F&B items. This is because Yas Waterworld strictly prohibits any food or drinks to be taken into the park, as part of the water park health and safety rules and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

• Ticketing Booths

  There are 13 ticketing booths available at the entrance of the water park. We make sure to offer dedicated booths for pre-arranged bookings such as online tickets, group tickets and tour operators. The remaining ticket booths are for general and premium admissions.

• VIP Area

  We have a VIP private area used solely for approved exclusive park guests. The VIP area includes separate changing rooms and lockers for male and female VIP guests.

• Guest Services Desk

  The Guest Services Desk is a reception area where we offer help with guest requests. You can obtain general information about the park such as the rides, merchandise and F&B enquiries, or if you have lost your little one, this is the place to find them! Additionally, if there is anything in the park that does not meet your expectations, then feel free to share your thoughts / comments here at the Guest Services Desk as we would love to hear from you. If you wish to upgrade, add or refund store value on your wristband you may also do that here. Annual passes are also available, which include both the Yas Waterworld Annual Pass and the Yas Park Pass.

• Lost & Found

  Guests can report or collect any lost items at this area. Any items found within the park will be handed over at this desk. Found items will be stored here and handed over to owners if verified.

• Locker & Towel Rental

  We are pleased to offer three RFID wristband activated lockers in small (AED 35) and medium (AED 55) sizes from the 2,427 lockers we have available. Additionally, if you’ve forgotten to bring your trusty towels you can rent them from the desk for AED 30 each or buy yourself a cool Yas Waterworld towel from the merchandise outlets.

• Cabana’s

  Want to have THE coolest birthday party in history? Well now you can book your very own cabana from Marah’s Cabanas for you and nine of your friends! Every cabana has cooling fans and personalized F&B service, as well as a specialty menu – how cool is that? There are a total of seven cabanas that can accommodate up to 10 guests and you can make a booking through the sales department. You also have the chance to book Al Wa’ha Cabanas, located along the side of Amwaj. This private area of bed lounges is the perfect place to relax. Every cabana offers cooling fans, a set of towels and F&B delivery service, and you may choose from a cabana for either four or six people! Air conditioning is available in the cabanas for an additional cost.
