Guests who have purchased dated tickets are eligible for a complimentary date change or full refund. Guests who have purchased undated tickets are eligible for a full refund
Guests who have purchased dated Multi-Park ticket are eligible for a complimentary date change or full refund. Guests who have purchased undated Multi-Park tickets are eligible for a full refund. Guests that have only used part of their Multi-Park tickets (and still have unused days/entries left) are also eligible for a complimentary date change or partial refund.
All active Yas Theme Parks Annual Passholder will be contacted in due course about their Annual Passes.

If you purchased your ticket from a third party, please contact that third party for the amendment/refund policy.
