Appropriate swim attire is required when visiting the waterpark: street clothes, jean shorts, long flowing clothing, exposed metal that may come into contact with the surface of a slide and underwear will not be permitted on the water attractions. Revealing swimwear will not be permitted in the waterpark. Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all time.
Baby changing and diapers
While your inner child's having a blast, there's the business of being Dad or Mum and it often comes in the form of diaper changes. Easy, you're never far from a baby changing and diaper station.
Swim diapers are also easily purchased at any of our Yas Waterworld stores.
Cabanas
Chill between thrills at your private cabana. Sized for 4 or 6 people.
Ask our Guest Services team and they will will sort it out for you.
Locker and towel rental
Lock away your stuff and let yourself go! We have nearly 2,500 wristband-activated lockers available. If you haven't brought a towel, you can rent one from the Guest Services desk or pick up a souvenir Yas Waterworld towel from one of our shops. What a great way to remember your fun time at Yas Waterworld!
Lost and Found
Lose your workday blues? Great, Yas Waterworld is the perfect place to do just that!
For everything else, there's our Lost and Found facility located inside the Souk. Report or collect any lost items here - any items found within the park will be left at this desk. Found items will be stored and released to their verified owners.
Luggage storage
Got luggage that’s bigger than our lockers? Leave it with our Guest Services desk in the Qaryat Al Jewana Souk… and head for the water!
Charges as follows:
1-2 pieces: AED 50
3-4 pieces: AED 90
6 pieces: AED 135
Prayer room
Prayer room can be found inside the park, just ask Guest Services for the exact location.
Security bag check
Rest assured, we do our utmost to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. All bags are searched at the Park entry point and as part of our health and safety regulations, we do not allow any outside food or beverages into the park.
Smoking
Yas Waterworld is a smoke-free park in accordance with UAE Law. However, there are 3 designated smoking areas located at various points within the park.
Strollers
Yas Waterworld is a big place and the little ones could get tired. We're here to help with strollers, just ask at our Guest Services Desk. Save their energy - and yours - for the fun that lies ahead!
Ticketing booths
Skip the wait to get to the fun! We're helping make entry faster with dedicated booths for pre-arranged bookings such as online tickets, group tickets, and tour operators.
Wristbands and park credits
No wallets, no cash, no cards. We provide you with a Cashless System through waterproof electronic wristbands you can load up with credit for use throughout the park. Get unused credit refunded at the end of the day. You can also use your wristband to access your locker and participate in PearlMasters.
