These terms and conditions apply to the Yas Waterworld Kabayan Night offer taking place at Yas Waterworld, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (the “Park”) on 27 September 2026. By purchasing, booking, redeeming, or using a ticket under this offer, guests agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with the Park’s standard ticket terms, park rules, conditions of entry, and any other applicable terms published or communicated by the Park from time to time.

• The Yas Waterworld Kabayan Night event will take place on 27 September 2026 at the Park.
• The event includes single-park admission to the Park on the event date only, from 4:30 PM until 10:00 PM, and a live performance, subject always to these terms and conditions.

• How to redeem:
• Book online in advance at www.yaswaterworld.com or by contacting Yas Concierge at 600 511115;
• After payment, you will receive an email with the e-tickets;
• Once you arrive at the Park present the ticket at the turnstile between 4:30 PM and 10:00 PM on the 27th of September 2026 only.
• Tickets can be purchased in advance only and are dated.
• Offer is subject to booking and payment prior to visit. Access will be granted based on availability.
Offer and Ticket Categories
• The following ticket categories are available under this offer:
• General Admission Ticket: AED 125 per person, providing single-park admission to the Park on 27 September 2026 in accordance with the above-mentioned admissions time.
• Admission + Meal Ticket: AED 175 per person, providing single-park admission to the Park on 27 September 2026 and one meal entitlement with a value of AED 50, in accordance with the above-mentioned admissions time.
• The meal entitlement is valid only on 27 September 2026 and must be redeemed during the event operating hours at the participating food and beverage outlet or outlets specified by the Park.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets under this offer do not include parking, merchandise, lockers, retail items, additional food and beverage items, premium experiences, cabanas, priority access, paid experiences (including but not limited to Pearl Diving Experience, etc), transfers, or any other products or services.
Sale Period and Availability
• The offer will be available for purchase from the date on which ticket sales are launched until 27 September 2026, unless sold out, withdrawn, amended, or extended by the Park.
• Tickets are subject to availability and capacity restrictions. The Park reserves the right to limit, suspend, close, or discontinue ticket sales at any time without prior notice once capacity is reached or for operational, safety, commercial, regulatory, or other reasons.
• The offer may be purchased through the approved sales channels, which may include the Park’s gate, online channels, and the call centre, subject to availability and the applicable terms of the relevant sales channel.
Eligibility and Other Conditions
• This offer is open to all nationalities.
• Annual Pass holders may attend the event subject to holding a valid Annual Pass.
• You may not bring food or drinks into the Park.
• You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park.
• You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit.
• Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides.
• Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
• Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park.
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.
Ticket Validity and Admission
• Tickets purchased under this offer are valid only for admission to the Park on 27 September 2026 and admission is only valid from 4:30 PM until 10:00 PM. Once you arrive at the Park present this ticket at the turnstile between 4:30 PM and 10:00 PM on the 27 of September 2026 only to gain entry.
• Tickets are single-use only and will be void once scanned, redeemed, or used.
• Each guest will receive one general admission ticket, valid for that day only. No add-ons or extra benefits are included.
• The offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Tickets are intended for use by the holder of the ticket. Tickets are void if sold or exchanged for commercial gain. No compensation will be provided. Unauthorized use, including ticket resale, may result in cancellation of the Yas Annual Pass membership without refund.
• To use FacePass in connection with your ticket which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination).
