Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you purchase a dated ticket or experience, the following terms and conditions will apply (unless the product terms and conditions specific different a different change policy): you may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.

For date change as above please contact Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 to rebook and make the AED 50 payment per person.  Payments will be processed and completed via Yas Concierge.

Single Day Ticket

This ticket gives you one general admission entry to the park indicated above (“Park”). This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Park. Entry and use of the Park is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our Park terms of entry, and those set out below:

  • This is a dated ticket, it is only valid for entry on the date set out above.
  • Change and refund policy:
    • Once you purchase your ticket, you cannot cancel it;
    • All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
    • You may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per ticket. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.
    • For date change as above please contact Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 to rebook and make the AED 50 payment per person.  Payments will be processed and completed via Yas Concierge.
  • This ticket is void if altered or damaged;
  • Age restrictions on entry to the Park may apply. In the absence of specific rules, our standard rules will be enforced as follows:
    • Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket;
    • Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space, and can enter the Park for free;
  • Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
  • You may not bring food or drinks into the Park;
  • You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park;
  • You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit;
  • You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Park;
  • Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides;
  • People of Determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides. Please check ride restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket;
  • This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as set out above;
  • Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
  • Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;
  • To use FacePass in connection with your ticket which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination).   • Admission and use of the Park and its services is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park;
  • We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.

2 Park Ticket
Special Note: Fingerprint biometric checks/Facepass are implemented for this ticket type. If you wish to opt out, it is a requirement to bring original, official government issued photo ID for each ticket holder on each visit to the Park.

This dated ticket gives you one adult or junior general admission entry to visit 2 of the following Yas Island theme parks (you choose which 2): Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ and SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (each a “Park”). This ticket is property of Miral Experiences LLC, operator of the Park. Your visit is subject to specific product T&Cs, general T&Cs, and those set out below:

  • You may change the date of your ticket shown above, provided you notify us before 7:00pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be permitted;
  • You must redeem this ticket at the first Park of your choice on the validity date
  • If you do not redeem the ticket on the validity date, the ticket is void and you will not be granted access to the Parks;
  • vYou can only visit the second Park within 6 calendar days from the validity date, and provided you have redeemed the ticket in accordance with these terms;
  • The ticket grants you a maximum of 2 entries to a Park (you choose which 2 Parks, or you can visit the same Park twice);
  • You cannot share this ticket; both entries must be redeemed by the same person;

3 Park Ticket

World™ and SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (each a “Park”) . This ticket is property of Miral Experiences LLC, operator of the Park. Your visit is subject to specific product T&Cs, general T&Cs, and those set out below:

  • You may change the date of your ticket shown above, provided you notify us before 7:00pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be permitted;
  • You must redeem this ticket at the first Park of your choice on the date of validity printed on this ticket.
  • If you do not redeem the ticket on the date of validity, the ticket is void and you will not be granted access to the Parks;

4 Park Ticket

This dated ticket gives you one adult or junior general admission entry to visit 4 of the following Yas Island theme parks (you choose which 4): Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ and SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (each a “Park”). This ticket is property of Miral Experiences LLC, operator of the Park. Your visit is subject to specific product T&Cs, general T&Cs, and those set out below:

  • You may change the date of your ticket shown above, provided you notify us before 7:00pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be permitted
  • You must redeem this ticket at the first Park of your choice on the date of validity printed on this ticket.

Ladies Day
  • You can purchase tickets online, or at gate (subject to availability)
  • Once you purchase your ticket, the following refund and amendment policy applies:
    • You may change the date of your ticket to another ladies day, or cancel your ticket and request a refund, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the date of visit. Please email cancel@yasconcierge.com
    • The latest you can notify us is 24 hours prior to your visit date. If you notify us after this, no refunds or changes will be processed
  • Adult and junior tickets are available
  • Please note: health and safety restrictions and capacity limitations are in place. Guests will be permitted entry on a first come first served basis. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment
  • This event can be amended or withdrawn by us at any time without notice
  • Ladies Only Event Policy
    • This is an exclusive LADIES ONLY event
    • All of our staff are female
    • CCTV cameras are monitored exclusively by our trained female attendants
    • Photography, mobile phones and similar devices are strictly forbidden to help maintain maximum privacy for all our guests
    • Boys aged 8 and below are allowed in the Park. Government issued ID for boys is required
    • Children aged 11 and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and holding a valid ticket
    • There are certain areas on high platforms where you may be visible to the general public outside the Park. Please access these areas only if you accept this risk
    • Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during the event. Please check the Park website for updates
    • Yas Theme Parks Annual Pass holders may attend Ladies Days subject to the normal capacity restrictions
    • Ticket purchases are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless specifically approved by us in advance
    • We reserve the right to cancel an event without notice. If the event is cancelled we will refund the full cost of the ticket. We are not liable for any additional expenses including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs
    • We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason

Enhanced Annual Passes

1. Introduction


1.1. These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of Annual Passes purchased on and from 16 April 2024 and form the contract between Miral and Passholders. Please ensure you are willing to be bound by these Terms of Use before purchasing your Pass.

1.2. If you purchased a Pass prior to 16 April 2024, your Pass will continue to be governed by the terms and conditions you accepted when purchasing your Pass and/or completing your registration.


2. Definitions


2.1. Miral means Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Parks

2.2. Parks means Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“FWAD”), Yas Waterworld Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“YWW”), Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“WBW”), and SeaWorld® Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“SWAD”) and “Park” means one of the Parks

2.3. “Pass” means an annual pass entitling you to access one or more of the Parks

2.4. “you” “your” or “Passholder” means a purchaser of the annual pass


3. Types of Annual Pass and Benefits

3.1. Categories

a. Bronze
  • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, except on official UAE public holidays as declared by the UAE government for the private sector and during peak periods as declared by Miral. Other block out dates apply, please see section 5 for more details.
b. Silver
  • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, except on official UAE public holidays as declared by the UAE government for the private sector.
  • Other blackout dates apply, please see section 5 for more details.
c. Gold
  • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, including on public holidays.
  • Other blackout dates apply, please see section 5 for more details
d. Diamond
  • Diamond Annual Passes are in limited supply, and you may have to join a waiting list to purchase.
  • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, including on public holidays.
  • Where quick pass access is available at the Parks, you will be granted quick pass access on demand, each time you visit a Park, for your personal use. Simply show your Pass, quick pass lanyard and original Emirates ID at the desk and request your quick pass.
  • Other blackout dates apply, please see section 5 for more details.

3.2. Core and Secondary Benefits

General
  • Core and Secondary Benefits are benefits that Miral provides in addition to the Park Entry for certain categories of Pass. Please refer to section 3.1 above to see what Core and Secondary Benefits your Pass entitles you to
  • Core and Secondary Benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions set out below, in addition to terms and conditions that might be printed on e-vouchers/tickets in your welcome pack.
  • Unless expressly permitted in these terms and conditions, the Core and Secondary Benefits can only be enjoyed by you. They are void if sold, exchanged for commercial gain, or otherwise transferred to anyone else. They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or voucher.
  • Core and Secondary Benefits cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
  • General discounts and benefits (excluding vouchers) are valid through the term of your Pass (and are not valid after your pass expires)
  • Vouchers
  • Each voucher is valid for one use only and must be used before your Pass expires.
  • You must submit the original voucher.
  • The voucher is void if altered or damaged.
A. Bronze

Discounted Tickets for Accompanying Guests

Receive a discount on standard, undiscounted gate price for a one day one Park general admission adult ticket

This offer is only currently available at the relevant Park and cannot be redeemed online. You must show your Pass at the ticketing counter and be personally present to qualify along with your guest(s)

  • You can use the offer for a maximum of 5 accompanying guests, per day
  • Dining discounts (exclusions apply)
  • Dining discounts apply only to certain Park food and beverage outlets and to full price items
  • You can benefit from the discount for you and up to 3 accompanying friends or family
  • Please note that food and beverages sold at a retail store will be subject to the retail discount
  • Exclusions: Starlight, Ristorante Cavallino, YWW Majlis, Fathom 11
  • Simply present your Pass to the cashier when ordering your meal
  • Retail discounts (exclusions apply)
  • Retail discounts apply only to certain products and to full price items at Park merchandise stores
  • Exclusions: paid attractions at any Park such as Pearl Diving at YWW, Karting Academy, Ferrari Driving Experience at Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi are excluded from this discount.
  • Simply present your Pass to the cashier with your retail items
  • Discounts on Paid Attractions
  • Applicable on the following activities (list subject to change in Miral's sole discretion):
  • WBW: Sluicing
  • YWW: VR Experience, Pearl Diving
  • FWAD: Roofwalk, Zipline, Roofwalk – zipline combo, Karting
  • During the term of your Pass you can benefit from special discounts on paid experiences at the Parks. The discount does not apply to all experiences.
  • Only valid Passholders may benefit from this discount, and it cannot be used to purchase discounted activities for friends and family
  • Subject to availability, prior reservation is generally required
  • Please refer to the official Park website for eligibility criteria to enter or participate in an experience.
  • Discounts not available online. Please book at the Park, and show your Pass to avail of the discount.
  • Discounts will only apply to full price adult tickets.
b. Silver

Benefits are as set out in the ‘Silver’ section above, plus:

  • Welcome Pack
  • After you purchase your Pass you will be able to collect your welcome pack from the selected Park upon showing us your Pass and government issued photo identification. We cannot deliver the welcome pack to you.
  • Your welcome pack contains information about the Pass
  • Miral does not re-issue Welcome Packs in the event of loss or damage.
  • Some Welcome Packs may come pre-numbered; Passholders will not have any choice over the number that they receive and these are issued on a first come first serve basis.
  • Preferred Parking
  • Miral will allocate certain areas of the Park car parks for the dedicated use of Passholders with preferred parking access
  • One sticker will be issued per Passholder
  • Parking spaces are subject to availability
  • Passholders must display parking sticker on their windscreen
  • In the event of damage or loss to the parking sticker; we will require submission of a police report and/or receipt of the previous damaged sticker in order to issue a replacement
  • CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi voucher
  • In your Welcome Pack, you will receive one voucher entitling you to a ‘buy one get one free’ combo experience at CLYMB Abu Dhabi
  • Valid for use before your Pass expires
  • You cannot redeem the voucher online. In order to book and pay for your experience, please submit the original voucher and your Pass at the CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi ticketing counter or call Yas Concierge to make a reservation
  • The free experience can be used by your friend or family member. Both experiences must be used at the same time.
  • Please refer to the eligibility criteria on the CLYMB Abu Dhabi website
d. Diamond

Benefits are as set out in the ‘Gold’ section above, plus:

  • Photo Voucher
  • Valid for use before your Pass expires
  • In your Welcome Pack, you will receive one voucher entitling you to one complimentary 8 x 10 inch photo at one of the Parks
  • Photo only valid at certain locations, please check in Park for more details
  • Please submit your original voucher to the cashier, along with your Pass to qualify.
  • Bring a Friend for Free Voucher
  • In your Welcome Pack, you will receive one voucher entitling you to bring a guest with you to a Park.
  • The voucher is valid for use before your Pass expires
  • Your friend will receive a one-day general admission pass
  • Your friend must enter the Park with you and stay with you during the visit
  • You cannot use the voucher online. Please submit the original voucher to the Guest Services counter on the day you wish to redeem it, along with your original Pass.
  • You must show your Pass at the Guest Services counter and be personally present to qualify
  • SWAD Premium Seating
  • Your Pass entitles you to access the designated ‘Premium Seating’ area at SWAD Tropical Ocean Amphitheater and Rocky Point Amphitheater but does not guarantee such seating. Premium Seating is available on a first come first served basis because seating is limited. You must obtain a premium seating wristband from Guest Services and present it to access the Premium Seating area. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to the presentation.

3.3. Third Party Island Benefits

a. General
  • Third party benefits are benefits provided by Miral ’s partners on Yas Island and in Abu Dhabi. Third party benefits are not fixed benefits and therefore may be altered by Miral in its discretion from time to time.
  • You acknowledge that Miral does not guarantee the continued availability of third-party benefits throughout the term of your Pass. You expressly acknowledge that certain third-party benefits may be amended or withdrawn without notice. The temporary or permanent unavailability of third-party benefits will not entitle you to a full or partial refund, or compensation from Miral.
  • Where possible, Miral will endeavor to procure the replacement of third-party benefits.
  • Any claim that you might have in respect of the delivery or quality of third-party benefits must be directed to the third party. You understand and agree that Miral, the Park, our sponsors, affiliates, landowners, lessees, or any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors, representatives or assigns (herein after referred to as the “Associated Entities”) may not be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages to you, your family, or property, that may occur as a result of the third party benefits.
b. Third Party Island Benefits Terms and Conditions

3.4. General

a. The cost of Passes may be varied by Miral from time to time in its sole discretion. Miral may from time to time offer pricing or promotional offers for purchasing the Pass at specific attractions, online or through third party channels. Please note that Miral does not price match the price payable for a Pass. For the avoidance of doubt, any changes in pricing will not apply to existing Passholders retrospectively.

b. Passes only grant entry to the relevant Parks and do not grant entry to any other Miral operated facility (such as CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi or Qasr Al Watan) unless expressly included

c. If you have an existing Pass, we will continue to honor it until the expiry date.


4. Purchasing a Pass

4.1. Buy via Yas Concierge

a. Call Yas Concierge on 600 511115 and follow the instructions

b. You will be asked by the agent to confirm acceptance of these Terms of Use prior to proceeding with your booking

c. You will need to come into the Park to complete the registration process

d. You will then receive your Pass, and we will send you a copy of the then-current Terms of Use for your record.

4.2. Buy online

a. Purchase your Pass on any of the Park websites

b. Enter accurate registration details including an accurate and up to date photograph, compliant with the specifications set forth on the registration page

c. You will be required to confirm acceptance of these Terms of Use prior to completing your booking

4.3. A binding contract is formed between you and Miral for the Pass once we accept your order and issue your Pass.

4.4. You will receive an e-Pass by default. If you wish to request a physical Pass, you may request one (free of charge) by visiting the Guest Services counter at any of the Parks.

4.5. The name entered when registering for your Pass must match your official government issued photo ID exactly. If you do not enter your registration details accurately, you may delay the issuance of your Pass.

4.6. By purchasing a Pass, you agree that these Terms of Use (as amended) form the contract between the Passholder and Miral. You acknowledge that the General Terms of Entry of each park and privacy policy are also applicable.

4.7. Diamond Passes: For Diamond Passes, you may be required to register on a waiting list. At the time of registration, you will be asked to confirm you accept these Terms of Use.

4.8. When we have availability, you will be contacted by Yas Concierge to complete your booking.

4.9. All products are subject to availability. We may deny a Pass to you if you have previously had your Pass revoked or suspended by Miral in the past.

4.10. All prices include VAT.

4.11. Products purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorized third party are void, so please only purchase products from reputable sources

4.12. If you are purchasing products on behalf of other guests, you accept these Terms of Use on behalf of every guest and shall ensure that each person in receipt of a Pass accepts these Terms of Use. If you are an adult purchasing a Pass for a minor in your care, then you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of those minors.

4.13. Website terms and conditions apply to online purchases

4.14. Children aged 3 and under do not need an Annual Pass


5. Validity of Annual Passes

5.1. Passes expire after 366 calendar days from the date of purchase (regardless of the first day of use or when you complete your registration), except that there will be certain days you cannot use your Pass, in accordance with the operating calendar of the Parks. For example, if you purchase your pass on 5th January 2023, the last day you can use it is 5th January 2024.

5.2. Each Pass category has specific date exclusions when you will not be able to use your pass. Please refer to section 3 above.

5.3. Your Pass is only valid for one visit to each Park per calendar day to prevent against fraudulent use.

5.4. Your Pass does not guarantee entry to a Park. Entry to a Park is subject to Park capacity limits. We recommend you arrive early at the Park to avoid disappointment

5.5. You acknowledge that the Parks may close to the public on certain days throughout the year, in accordance with Miral’s operating calendar. You will not be able to use your Pass when we close a Park (or part of a Park) to the general public. Where reasonably possible, Park closures are listed on the official Park websites in advance.

5.6. Miral reserves the right to vary the Park opening hours and days, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, attractions, restaurants, habitats, expeditions, or facilities within the Parks for any reason (including the removal of quick pass or Premium Seating access). This could mean the temporary or permanent removal of a Park, ride, habitat, expedition or attraction from the Pass scheme. You accept that Miral exercising this right does not entitle you to a partial or total refund of the cost of the Pass, or any compensation from Miral.

5.7. Before visiting a Park, please check the Park website for notices

5.8. Special Note for YWW You acknowledge that YWW may close for a prolonged period during the winter season (including for extended periods, for example two calendar months).

5.9. You acknowledge that any changes or closure in accordance with this section 5 will not entitle you to a full or partial refund, or compensation from Miral.

6. Who can use the Pass?

6.1. Only the registered Passholder may use a Pass. Your Pass is personal to you, and may not be shared with others. Pass sharing is a breach of these Terms of Use and any actual or attempted use of a Pass by someone other than the Passholder, regardless of the reason, will result in access being refused and the Pass being revoked without a refund and/or compensation and other applicable legal action in our sole discretion.

6.2. Passes remain the property of Miral

6.3. Passes will be void if altered, sold or exchanged for commercial gain.


7. How to Use your Pass

7.1. Scan your Pass at the turnstile to enter the Park. You may be required to show your official government issued photo ID as an additional security step, so please have this with you.

7.2. In the future, we may bring you additional methods of entry into the Parks. Please visit this page for updates.

7.3. We reserve the right to change the entry process, including a requirement to pre-register before your visit.

7.4. Before booking or visiting an attraction, please check if your pass is valid at that attraction on the Website or contact Yas Concierge directly.

7.5. Your pass does not entitle you to immediate entry into the attraction and are, at times, subject to capacity limitations where you may have to wait to enter or even return the following day.


8. Personal Data

8.1. We will process your personal data in connection with your Pass. Depending on the services you use in connection with your Pass, the type of personal data, and how and why we process this, may vary

8.2. When registering and before providing your personal data to us, you are required to confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

8.3. We may also require your explicit consent, or the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian if in relation to a person under 18 years of age or a person of determination, to process certain types of personal data in connection with the Pass (for example, for FacePass services that require the processing of biometric information). We will communicate to you where such consent is required.

8.4. To use FacePass in connection with your Pass you must complete all enrolment requirements. ID will be required for all persons to verify age and consent.

8.5. If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, or where consent is required and is not provided or is withdrawn, we will not be able to provide the relevant services to you.

We accept no liability for the non-provision or withdrawal of services arising from a refusal to the processing of personal data or to provide the required consent.

8.6. For further information on FacePass and how and why we use your personal data in connection with your Pass, please review our Park entry terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.


9. Cancellation & Amendment

9.1. You do not have the right to cancel or transfer your Pass to another person. Once the Pass is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

9.2. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your Annual Pass (without a refund or compensation) if you engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities or breach these Terms of Use or the general terms of entry for any Park. We will also consider taking other action available to Miral at law.

9.3. In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel your Pass for other reasons. In this event, we will issue you with a pro-rata refund based on the remaining unused term of the Pass


10. Liability

10.1. You accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, considering any medical conditions you may have. Entry into and use of a Park is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within a Park. You confirm that we (Miral Experiences LLC, our affiliates, owners, sponsors, lessors, licensors, staff agents or representatives) are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against us in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

10.2. Our liability to you is limited to the price of the Pass.

10.3. Liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses is excluded.

10.4. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10.5. In the event of an unforeseen closure, or partial closure, we are not responsible for accommodation, travel or other costs or expenses you incur.

12. Right to Amend

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. Use of your Pass will be governed by the then-current Terms of Use. In the event of material changes to these Terms of Use, we will notify you by email.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi apply to your use of the Pass. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.


14. Upgrading your Pass

  • Certain categories of Pass are eligible for paid upgrades. Please visit the Guest Services counter at a Park or call Yas Concierge to enquire about availability and cost.
  • Your Pass must be valid in order to apply for an upgrade.
  • It is not possible to ‘downgrade’ the category of your Pass
  • You will need to return your previous Pass before receiving your new Pass, in the event you have requested a physical Pass.
  • Except for upgrades to Diamond Passes: When you upgrade your Pass, you do not extend the validity of your current Pass. The new benefits are simply applied for the remainder of the original term.
  • When you upgrade your Pass to a Diamond Pass, the 366 calendar day validity will recommence from the day you purchase the Diamond Pass upgrade

15. Renewing your Pass

  • The ‘Renewal Window’ starts 4 weeks prior to the expiry of your Pass and ends 4 weeks after the expiry date.
  • During the Renewal Window, you can benefit from any special annual Pass ‘renewal’ offers issued by us from time to time. Outside of this Renewal Window, you must pay the prevailing rate for a new Pass.
  • Please refer to the terms and conditions of any renewal promotion for more information on discounts available, and how to redeem.

16. People of Determination

  • People of Determination in possession of a valid People of Determination card issued by the relevant UAE authority may request a complimentary “Carer Pass” when purchasing their Pass (“Principal Passholder”).
  • This option is only available when the Pass is purchased at the Guest Services Counter at a Park, or through Yas Concierge and is not available for online purchases. Simply submit your original People of Determination card and request your Carer Pass at the time of purchasing your Pass.
  • A Carer Pass allows one individual to enter the Park(s) when they accompany the Original Passholder (on the same access basis as the Principal Passholder) (“Carer”). The Carer Pass may be used by the Principal Passholder’s Carer from time to time. The Carer Pass does not grant more than one person entry at the same time. The Carer Pass is only valid for entry with the Principal Passholder and cannot be used when the Principal Passholder is not present. Otherwise, the Carer Pass will permit entry on the same conditions as the Principal Passholder’s Pass (for example, if the Principal Passholder purchases a Single Park Pass and may only enter the Park during off-peak dates, the Carer Pass will be subject to the same rules).
  • The Carer Pass does not include a Welcome Pack and will not entitle the Carer to any discounts, vouchers or benefits included in a Pass, other than as follows: the Carer will be entitled to the same retail and dining discounts as the Principal Passholder.
  • We may request to see the Principal Passholder’s People of Determination card when entering a Park with the Carer, so please have the original available to show to our staff.

People of Determination

  • People of determination in possession of a valid people of determination card issued by the relevant UAE authority may request a complimentary “Carer Pass” when purchasing their Pass (“Principal Passholder”).

  • A Carer Pass will be void if altered, sold or exchanged for commercial gain, or transferred to anyone else for secondary use.

  1. Introduction
    1. These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of Annual Passes purchased on and from 22 April 2023 and form the contract between Miral and Passholders. Please ensure you are willing to be bound by these Terms of Use before purchasing your Pass.
    2. If you purchased a Pass prior to 22 April 2023, your Pass will continue to be governed by the terms and conditions you accepted when purchasing your Pass and/or completing your registration.
  2. Definitions
    1. Miral means Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Parks
    2. Parks means Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“FWAD”), Yas Waterworld Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“YWW”), Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“WBW”), and SeaWorld® Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“SWAD”) and “Park” means one of the Parks
    3. “Pass” means an annual pass entitling you to access one or more of the Parks
    4. “you” “your” or “Passholder” means a purchaser of the annual pass
  3. Types of Annual Pass and Benefits
    1. Categories
      1. Silver
        • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, except on official UAE public holidays as declared by the UAE government for the private sector. • Other blackout dates apply, please see section 5 for more details.
        • SWAD will be open to the public from 23 May 2023.
      2. Gold
        • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, including on public holidays.
        • Other blackout dates apply, please see section 5 for more details
        • SWAD will be open to the public from 23 May 2023.
      3. Diamond
        • Diamond Annual Passes are in limited supply, and you may have to join a waiting list to purchase.
        • You will have general admission access to all four Parks, including on public holidays.
        • Where quick pass access is available at the Parks, you will be granted quick pass access on demand, each time you visit a Park, for your personal use. Simply show your Pass, quick pass lanyard and original Emirates ID at the desk and request your quick pass.
        • Other blackout dates apply, please see section 5 for more details.
        • SWAD will be open to the public from 23 May 2023.
    2. Core and Secondary Benefits
      1. General
        • Core and Secondary Benefits are benefits that Miral provides in addition to the Park Entry for certain categories of Pass. Please refer to section 3.1 above to see what Core and Secondary Benefits your Pass entitles you to
        • Core and Secondary Benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions set out below, in addition to terms and conditions that might be printed on e-vouchers/tickets in your welcome pack.
        • Unless expressly permitted in these terms and conditions, the Core and Secondary Benefits can only be enjoyed by you. They are void if sold, exchanged for commercial gain, or otherwise transferred to anyone else. They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or voucher.
        • Core and Secondary Benefits cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
        • General discounts and benefits (excluding vouchers) are valid through the term of your Pass (and are not valid after your pass expires)
        • Vouchers
        • Each voucher is valid for one use only and must be used before your Pass expires.
        • You must submit the original voucher.
        • The voucher is void if altered or damaged.
      2. Silver
        • Discounted Tickets for Accompanying Guests
        • Receive a discount on standard, undiscounted gate price for a one day one Park general admission adult ticket
        • This offer is only currently available at the relevant Park and cannot be redeemed online. You must show your Pass at the ticketing counter and be personally present to qualify along with your guest(s)
        • You can use the offer for a maximum of 5 accompanying guests, per day
        • Dining discounts (exclusions apply)
        • Dining discounts apply only to certain Park food and beverage outlets and to full price items
        • You can benefit from the discount for you and up to 3 accompanying friends or family
        • Please note that food and beverages sold at a retail store will be subject to the retail discount
        • Exclusions: Starlight, Ristorante Cavallino, YWW Majlis
        • Third party outlets are excluded
        • Simply present your Pass to the cashier when ordering your meal
        • Retail discounts (exclusions apply)
        • Retail discounts apply only to certain products and to full price items at Park merchandise stores

          • During the term of your Pass you can benefit from special discounts on paid experiences at the Parks. The discount does not apply to all experiences.
        • Only valid Passholders may benefit from this discount, and it cannot be used to purchase discounted activities for friends and family
        • Subject to availability, prior reservation is generally required
        • Please refer to the official Park website for eligibility criteria to enter or participate in an experience.
        • Discounts not available online. Please book at the Park, and show your Pass to avail of the discount.
        • Discounts will only apply to full price adult tickets.
      3. Gold
        Benefits are as set out in the ‘Silver’ section above, plus:
        • Welcome Pack
        • After you purchase your Pass you will be able to collect your welcome pack from the selected Park upon showing us your Pass and government issued photo identification. We cannot deliver the welcome pack to you.
        • Your welcome pack contains information about the Pass
        • Miral does not re-issue Welcome Packs in the event of loss or damage.
        • Some Welcome Packs may come pre-numbered; Passholders will not have any choice over the number that they receive and these are issued on a first come first serve basis.
        • Preferred Parking
        • Miral will allocate certain areas of the Park car parks for the dedicated use of Passholders with preferred parking access
        • One sticker will be issued per Passholder
        • Parking spaces are subject to availability
        • Passholders must display parking sticker on their windscreen
        • In the event of damage or loss to the parking sticker; we will require submission of a police report and/or receipt of the previous damaged sticker in order to issue a replacement
        • CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi voucher
          • In your Welcome Pack, you will receive one voucher entitling you to a ‘buy one get one free’ combo experience at CLYMB Abu Dhabi
          • Valid for use before your Pass expires
          • You cannot redeem the voucher online. In order to book and pay for your experience, please submit the original voucher and your Pass at the CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi ticketing counter or call Yas Concierge to make a reservation
          • The free experience can be used by your friend or family member. Both experiences must be used at the same time.
          • Please refer to the eligibility criteria on the CLYMB Abu Dhabi website
      4. Diamond
        Benefits are as set out in the ‘Gold’ section above, plus:
        • Photo Voucher
          • Valid for use before your Pass expires
          • In your Welcome Pack, you will receive one voucher entitling you to one complimentary 8 x 10 inch photo at one of the Parks
          • Photo only valid at certain locations, please check in Park for more details
          • Please submit your original voucher to the cashier, along with your Pass to qualify.
        • Bring a Friend for Free Voucher
          • In your Welcome Pack, you will receive one voucher entitling you to bring a guest with you to a Park.
          • The voucher is valid for use before your Pass expires
          • Your friend will receive a one-day general admission pass
          • Your friend must enter the Park with you and stay with you during the visit
          • You cannot use the voucher online. Please submit the original voucher to the Guest Services counter on the day you wish to redeem it, along with your original Pass.
          • You must show your Pass at the Guest Services counter and be personally present to qualify
        • SWAD Premium Seating
          • Your Pass entitles you to access the designated ‘Premium Seating’ area at SWAD Tropical Ocean Amphitheater and Rocky Point Amphitheater but does not guarantee such seating. Premium Seating is available on a first come first served basis because seating is limited. You must obtain a premium seating wristband from Guest Services and present it to access the Premium Seating area. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to the presentation.
    3. Third-Party Island Benefits
      1. General
        • Third party benefits are benefits provided by Miral ’s partners on Yas Island and in Abu Dhabi. Third party benefits are not fixed benefits and therefore may be altered by Miral in its discretion from time to time.
        • You acknowledge that Miral does not guarantee the continued availability of third-party benefits throughout the term of your Pass. You expressly acknowledge that certain third-party benefits may be amended or withdrawn without notice. The temporary or permanent unavailability of third-party benefits will not entitle you to a full or partial refund, or compensation from Miral.
        • Where possible, Miral will endeavor to procure the replacement of third-party benefits.
        • Any claim that you might have in respect of the delivery or quality of third-party benefits must be directed to the third party. You understand and agree that Miral, the Park, our sponsors, affiliates, landowners, lessees, or any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors, representatives or assigns (herein after referred to as the “Associated Entities”) may not be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages to you, your family, or property, that may occur as a result of the third party benefits.

Miral reserves the right to vary the Park opening hours and days, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, attractions, restaurants, habitats, expeditions, or facilities within the Parks for any reason (including the removal of quick pass or Premium Seating access). This could mean the temporary or permanent removal of a Park, ride, habitat, expedition or attraction from the Pass scheme. You accept that Miral exercising this right does not entitle you to a partial or total refund of the cost of the Pass, or any compensation from Miral.

    8. Special Note for YWW
    9. You acknowledge that YWW may close for a prolonged period during the winter season (including for extended periods, for example two calendar months).
    10. You acknowledge that any changes or closure in accordance with this section 5 will not entitle you to a full or partial refund, or compensation from Miral.
  6. Who can use the Pass?
    1. Only the registered Passholder may use a Pass. Your Pass is personal to you and may not be shared with others. Pass sharing is a breach of these Terms of Use and any actual or attempted use of a Pass by someone other than the Passholder, regardless of the reason, will result in access being refused and the Pass being revoked without a refund and/or compensation and other applicable legal action in our sole discretion.

    3. Passes will be void if altered, sold, or exchanged for commercial gain.
  7. How to Use your Pass
    1. Scan your Pass at the turnstile to enter the Park. You may be required to show your official government issued photo ID as an additional security step, so please have this with you.
    2. In the future, we may bring you additional methods of entry into the Parks. Please visit this page for updates.
    3. We reserve the right to change the entry process, including a requirement to pre-register before your visit.
    4. Before booking or visiting an attraction, please check if your pass is valid at that attraction on the Website or contact Yas Concierge directly.
    5. Your pass does not entitle you to immediate entry into the attraction and are, at times, subject to capacity limitations where you may have to wait to enter or even return the following day.
  8. Personal Data
    1. We will process your personal data in connection with your Pass. Depending on the services you use in connection with your Pass, the type of personal data, and how and why we process this, may vary
    2. When registering and before providing your personal data to us, you are required to confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
    3. We may also require your explicit consent, or the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian if in relation to a person under 18 years of age or a person of determination, to process certain types of personal data in connection with the Pass (for example, for FacePass services that require the processing of biometric information). We will communicate to you where such consent is required.
    4. To use FacePass in connection with your Pass you must complete all enrolment requirements. ID will be required for all persons to verify age and consent.
    5. If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, or where consent is required and is not provided or is withdrawn, we will not be able to provide the relevant services to you.
    6. We accept no liability for the non-provision or withdrawal of services arising from a refusal to the processing of personal data or to provide the required consent.
    7. For further information on FacePass and how and why we use your personal data in connection with your Pass, please review our Park entry terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.
  9. Cancellation & Amendment
    1. You do not have the right to cancel or transfer your Pass to another person. Once the Pass is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    2. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your Annual Pass (without a refund or compensation) if you engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities or breach these Terms of Use or the general terms of entry for any Park. We will also consider taking other action available to Miral at law.
    3. In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel your Pass for other reasons. In this event, we will issue you with a pro-rata refund based on the remaining unused term of the Pass
  10. Liability
    1. You accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, considering any medical conditions you may have. Entry into and use of a Park is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within a Park. You confirm that we (Miral Experiences LLC, our affiliates, owners, sponsors, lessors, licensors, staff agents or representatives) are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against us in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
    2. Our liability to you is limited to the price of the Pass.
    3. Liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses is excluded.
    4. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
    5. In the event of an unforeseen closure, or partial closure, we are not responsible for accommodation, travel or other costs or expenses you incur.

  12. Right to Amend
    We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. Use of your Pass will be governed by the then-current Terms of Use. In the event of material changes to these Terms of Use, we will notify you by email.
  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    The laws of United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi apply to your use of the Pass. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
  14. Upgrading your Pass
    • Certain categories of Pass are eligible for paid upgrades. Please visit the Guest Services counter at a Park or call Yas Concierge to enquire about availability and cost.
    • Your Pass must be valid to apply for an upgrade.
    • It is not possible to ‘downgrade’ the category of your Pass
    • You will need to return your previous Pass before receiving your new Pass, in the event you have requested a physical Pass.
    • Except for upgrades to Diamond Passes: When you upgrade your Pass, you do not extend the validity of your current Pass. The new benefits are simply applied for the remainder of the original term.
    • When you upgrade your Pass to a Diamond Pass, the 366-calendar day validity will recommence from the day you purchase the Diamond Pass upgrade
  15. Renewing your Pass
    • The ‘Renewal Window’ starts 4 weeks prior to the expiry of your Pass and ends 4 weeks after the expiry date.
    • During the Renewal Window, you can benefit from any special annual Pass ‘renewal’ offers issued by us from time to time. Outside of this Renewal Window, you must pay the prevailing rate for a new Pass.
    • Please refer to the terms and conditions of any renewal promotion for more information on discounts available, and how to redeem.
  16. People of Determination
    1. People of determination in possession of a valid people of determination card issued by the relevant UAE authority may request a complimentary “Carer Pass” when purchasing their Pass (“Principal Passholder”).
    2. This option is only available when the Pass is purchased at the Guest Services counter at a Park, or through Yas Concierge and is not available for online purchases. Simply submit your original people of determination card and request your Carer Pass at the time of purchasing your Pass.
    3. A Carer Pass allows one individual to enter the Park(s) when they accompany the Original Passholder (on the same access basis as the Principal Passholder) (“Carer”). The Carer Pass may be used by the Principal Passholder’s Carer from time to time. The Carer Pass does not grant more than one person entry at the same time. The Carer Pass is only valid for entry with the Principal Passholder and cannot be used when the Principal Passholder is not present. Otherwise, the Carer Pass will permit entry on the same conditions as the Principal Passholder’s Pass (for example, if the Principal Passholder purchases a Single Park Pass and may only enter the Park during off-peak dates, the Carer Pass will be subject to the same rules).
    4. The Carer Pass does not include a Welcome Pack and will not entitle the Carer to any discounts, vouchers or benefits included in a Pass, other than as follows: the Carer will be entitled to the same retail and dining discounts as the Principal Passholder.
    5. To enter the Park the Carer and Principal Passholder are required to visit the Guest Services counter so that a ticket for the Carer to enter the Park can be generated. We may request to see the Principal Passholder’s people of determination card when entering a Park with the Carer, so please have the original available to show to our staff.
    6. A Carer Pass will be void if altered, sold or exchanged for commercial gain, or transferred to anyone else for secondary use.

Nanny Annual Pass
  • Nannies can purchase Yas Theme Parks (the “Parks”) Annual Pass at discounted rates, when accompanying their sponsors’.
  • Nanny Annual Pass can only be purchased at gate, and sponsor must also be an Annual Passholder.
  • Purchases can only be made with both passports of Nanny and Sponsor present. Original valid UAE visas must be presented to redeem the offer. The Nanny’s visa should state nanny, domestic helper or other equivalent designation.
  • Name of sponsor on the Nanny’s visa should match with the name of the principal Annual Passholder or parent of Annual Passholder. In the event that the Nanny’s sponsorship is under an agency, a letter of proof must be presented.
  • Manual check at gate on subsequent entries may be required, to ensure compliance.
  • Nanny Annual Passholders are not entitled for a welcome pack, but will be able to avail the F&B and Retail discount according to the Annual Pass type benefits.
  • Nanny Annual Pass type is the same as the tier of the sponsor's Annual Pass (Gold, Silver or Single Annual Pass). You may check the Annual Pass benefits at https://www.yasisland.ae/en/annual-pass.
  • Offer can only be availed at gate. Nanny Annual Passholders will be able to enter the park without the Sponsor.
  • The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion;

Family & Friends Offer

Please bring a print out of this e-ticket with you and proceed directly to the turnstiles where you can scan your ticket and gain entry. Once you enter, you may be asked to swap this ticket for a wristband. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government photo identification (e.g. driving license), or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.

This ticket gives a group of any four people general admission entry to the park indicated above (“Park”). You must all enter the Park together. This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Park. Entry to and use of the Park is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions available at the Park's websites and those set out below:

  • Offer only valid for UAE Nationals and UAE Residents. You will need to bring original valid Emirates ID for each guest redeeming a ticket;
  • This offer is valid until December 31 2024 for tickets purchased for the“Park”;

The Tasty Ticket

  • This is a dated ticket, it is only valid for entry on the date set out above;
  • Both the entry and combo meal must be used on the date above, otherwise the entitlement will expire without compensation;
  • Change and refund policy:
    • Once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You may change the date of your ticket (prior to first use only) provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per ticket.   • Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
  • You may not bring food or drinks into the Park;
  • You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park;
  • You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit;
  • You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Park;

  • This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as set out above. This ticket is void if altered or damaged;
  • Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
  • On certain days, a ‘Ladies only’ policy applies; please check the website for more information;
  • Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;
  • To use FacePass in connection with your ticket which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination). Fazaa/Homat Al Watan

Fazaa/Homat Al Watan Member Offer (“Offer”) is available at Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi or Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, together referred to as (the “Parks”) subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Validity: This Offer is valid until 31st March 2024.
  2. Eligibility: This Offer is only available to the original Fazaa/Homat Al Watan cardholder (“Original Member”) and the cardholder’s immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children or parents) together, referred as the (“Cardholder”), subject to the terms and conditions below;
  3. Discount: The Original Member shall receive a discount (the “Discount”) which shall be communicated to the Original Member by the official communication channel of Fazaa/Homat Al Watan or by method of an e-mail following successful registration of the Original Member as set out below.

    • Upon successful registration of My Pass account, the Discount will automatically apply to the 1 day 1 park general adult admission product on the relevant Park website (discount will be applied to prevailing Park gate price, not online price).

    At Gate:

    • The Original Member has the option to complete the My Pass registration at the Park ticketing counter. Once the My Pass registration is complete, the Cardholder may avail the Discount online via the official Park website or any Cardholder can avail of the Discount at the Park gate
    • Homat Al Watan/Fazaa card and Emirates I.D is required to complete online verification process.
    • The Original Member will receive an e-mail link to create a My Pass account password for online completion.
    • Upon successful registration of My Pass account, the Discount will automatically apply to the 1 day 1 park general adult admission product on the relevant Park website when the Original Member logs in (Discount will be applied to prevailing Park gate price, not online price),
  6. Purchasing Tickets: After completing the registration, the Discount is applied to the following channels of booking;
  7. At the Park gate (inclusive of VAT), discount will be applied to the prevailing undiscounted gate price (which varies seasonally).
    • Discount may be availed by any Cardholder after the Original Member has completed the registration process
    • You must present the original or the digital Fazaa/Homat Al Watan card at the Park ticketing counter along with the original Emirates ID
    • The Fazaa/Homat Al Watan card will be verified against the Original Member’s Emirates I.D.
  8. On the relevant Park website:
    • Please note the discount will be applied to prevailing undiscounted gate price (which varies seasonally), not the online price when you login to the Park website
    • Only the Original Member can log on to the official Park website via My Pass and purchase the tickets using the Discount.
  9. Cardholder’s guests: The Discount is limited up to 3 guests per day per Park (i.e. a total of 4, including the Cardholder). The Cardholder must enter the Park with their guests
  10. Tickets purchased must be used on the day of purchase, otherwise the ticket is void
  11. You may not resell the tickets. Tickets may only be used for the Cardholder and their guests. If tickets are altered, sold, otherwise transferred or exchanged, they are void and cannot be used to enter the Park. If this offer is abused, we reserve the right to withdraw it and/or take other action available to us.
  12. You may not combine this offer with any other offer, promotion or voucher.
  13. Discounts are valid during public holidays, F1 Weekend, special events, ladies day & ladies night’s event.

Gift Vouchers

The following terms and conditions are applicable to purchases of gift credit for use at Yas Island theme parks; Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi and/or Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi (YI Parks, each a Park).

  • This product is issued by Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the YI Parks.
  • Credit is purchased in UAE dirhams and includes VAT.
  • The purchaser will be sent an e-voucher after completion of the transaction. This can be presented to the gift recipient.
  • The e-voucher must be presented at a Park within 6 months of purchase, and redeemed in exchange for a gift card.
  • If this voucher is not redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase, the voucher will no longer be valid (The recipient will not be able to claim your gift, and will not be entitled to a refund or compensation).
  • Once exchanged for a gift card, the credit will be available for 12 months from the date the gift card is issued. Any outstanding balance after this date will be forfeited, without an entitlement to a refund or compensation.
  • Credit may be redeemed on entry to a Park, food and beverage, retail items and other paid for activities at the YI Parks. You cannot use credit for: midway games, and other exclusions as determined by us in our discretion from time to time.
  • Other exclusions: The credit may only be used at the YI Parks and cannot be used at our other leisure facilities.
  • The gift card cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Credit cannot be redeemed online, or for advance ticket purchases.
  • Both the purchaser and recipient of the voucher must be aged 18 or over.
  • The voucher may be given as a gift. It is otherwise non-transferable and it may not be sold or exchanged for commercial gain.
  • This voucher and the gift card are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not reimburse unused funds.
  • This voucher and the gift card are the property of Miral Experiences LLC.
  • In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to require government issued photo ID when you redeem this voucher.
  • We reserve the right to cancel transactions in the event of suspected fraudulent or otherwise suspicious activity.
